hannah montana is a disney channel original series about miley stewart, a 15-year-old girl who lives in malibu, california, and lives pretty much the life of a normal teenager... if we don't mention the fact that she happens to be hannah montana, the famous singer. miley keeps her popstar identity a secret; the only ones who know are her dad, a former country singer and her manager/songwriter, her brother jackson, and her two best friends, lilly and oliver.

lilly and oliver have lived in malibu all their lives and have known each other since way before miley moved there. lilly is a friendly girl who loves skating, surfing, cool clothes and cute boys. oliver, aka "smokin' oken," is a sweet boy, a "ladies man" wannabe and an overall nice guy. these two have known each other since preschool at least. they share many interests in common and they're the best friends miley could ask for. in season 3 of the series, these two finally start dating, much to the delight of us shippers ^.^
