- you read through the whole pricing page and decide which service you need/fits you best.
- fill out the order form and let me know what you want. be as specific as you can be (which images you want me to use, preferred color scheme, type of layout: sidebar/tables/frames/CSS/php/etc, what/how you want your navigation to be, other pertinent details), because this will make the process faster and avoid me having to re-do your order over and over.
- whether your order is approved or not, you will get an e-mail reply from me as soon as is possible.
- if your order is approved, i tell you what your fees will be and will ask for your payment before i start working on your design; you can pay via the donate button located in the pricing page. also, if your order is approved, i may need further information from you. if this is the case, i will contact you through e-mail.
- once we've cleared out all the details and the payment has gone through, i will start working on your design. in most cases you will receive e-mails from me while i'm working on your design, containing previous and the like.
- you will generally receive the finished product in a zip file via e-mail within one week (two weeks at the most). if your e-mail does not support large attachments, i am willing to upload the zip to my server so you can download it from there.
payment:
- i only accept payment via paypal, and in US dollars. if you're working on a different currency, you're responsible for the monetary exchange-- and please keep in mind the most current exchange rates.
- all sales are final. no refunds will be granted.
denial:
- i have the rights to not accept your order. this may be because of personal reasons, because of schedule issues, because i feel what you want is beyond my abilities, because i think you were not clear enough in your order, etc.
- i will not work for websites that contain pornography, racism/hate, illegal behavior or any other inappropriate content.
credit:
- for the layouts and graphics that will be used on a website, it is required that you somehow link back to she seems webdesign when you use the them. generally i will weave the credit link into the design itself. this link must not be removed under any circumstances.
- if for some reason i did not incorporate the link back here into the layout (like in the case of standalone headers, banners, wallpapers and other graphics), you still need to put that link in somewhere. one of our buttons, or even a text link will suffice.
corrections:
- if you don't like the design, or there's any details you want me to change, let me know via e-mail and i'll fix it until it's to your liking. i do save PSDs for further image editing.
- please keep in mind that this pertains only to the design itself and/or if there was an error on my part. i will not fix mistakes/misunderstandings that you made, be it in your site or in your description of what you wanted in a layout.
privacy:
- any server/LJ login information you give me for installation purposes will be kept completely private; we will not share this information with any third parties.
- when the design is completed and the transaction finalized, your personal information will be discarded immediately.
